You are taking the first step into becoming a gentlewoman. What is a gentlewoman you ask? Well, lets look at a definition:

1.	a woman of good family, breeding, or social position

2.	a civilized, educated, sensitive, or well-mannered woman; lady.

3.	a woman who attends upon a lady of rank.

Now, let's look at the definition of a Lady:

(lā'dē) Pronunciation Key n. pl. la·dies A well-mannered and considerate woman with high standards of proper behavior. A woman who is the head of a household. A woman, especially when spoken of or to in a polite way.

And last, but of the utmost importance, we look at the definition of polite:

po·lite [puh-lahyt] –adjective, -lit·er, -lit·est.

1.	showing good manners toward others, as in behavior, speech, etc.; courteous; civil: a polite reply.

2.	refined or cultured: polite society.

3.	of a refined or elegant kind: polite learning.

Now that you what a gentlewoman is, who you like to become one? That's great! I will not disappoint you.

Now then, here's how we are going to do things:
1. I will make general posts on topics that relate to becoming ladylike.
2. I will answer questions that you may have in the following post.
3. I will display links, pictures, and videos to show you a visual on what to do and how to do it.
